  I am working at Sabre Travel Technologies (P) Ltd (subsidiary of Dallas, US based Sabre Holdings) in BLR. I wanted to write to you about my positive experience dealing with Gopalan and the staff over the course of my flat purchase.

  To start with – I booked a flat in Gopalan Splendour in 2006 primary based on feedback from my friends. At that time, I had not much information about Gopalan (as I had just moved to BLR from US), however, the entire experience turned out to be very positive.

  Firstly - I had an urgent need for my flat to be done in 6 months and Gopalan team was very considerate, understood my situation and ensured my flat was delivered on time. Secondly – During the course of the construction, I had ample modifications and almost all of them were accommodated.

  Thirdly – Post moving into the flat, we had good support from your maintenance staff – which was essential for us to ensure smooth transition to our flat.…

  Finally, we have recently booked a flat at Gopalan Grandeur for our parents and we hope to go through similar experience.
