Food & Beverage Executive / Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive/Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive revenue in our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, cafes, banquets, etc.)
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure quality service and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Plan and execute F&B promotions, events, and menu updates in coordination with the culinary team.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for F&B operations.
- Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, admin, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Service.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of F&B software and POS systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage costs and drive revenue growth.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of food and beverage trends and customer preferences.
- Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues quickly.
