Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Interior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling interior design products and services to clients, providing them with expert guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and homeowners to help them select the right interior design solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of interior design products such as furniture, fixtures, flooring, and lighting.
• Recommendation: Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements.
• Quoting and Pricing: Prepare quotes and pricing estimates for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and margins.
• Product Presentation: Demonstrate and present interior design products and services to clients effectively.
• Sales and Follow-up: Proactively follow up with clients, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and architects.
• Product Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with their purchases and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of copper piping, wire and cable manufacturing, bending techniques, and associated machinery.
• Proficient in SAP PP – managing BOMs, routings, material planning, and order tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills specific tometal forming and fabrication.
• Knowledge of wire insulation, copper sheathing, and electrical grade copper handling is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and 5S principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production / Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in copper wire, cable, or pipe production.
• Certification or proven working knowledge in SAP PP.
• Working knowledge of relevant ISO standards and quality systems.
