Senior Executive HR

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic HR to handle the copper factory, its nature of business is to drive the manpower who deals with advanced machinery for wire drawing, annealing, tinning, and PVC cable extrusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify staffing needs based on production requirements.
  • Hire skilled/unskilled workforce including blue-collar and technical staff.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, shift rotations, and overtime. Maintain biometric systems and timekeeping records.
  • Ensure compliance with working hours and statutory norms.
  • Ensure adherence to Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, CLRA, etc.
  • Maintain compliance registers and documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with government departments for inspections and returns.
  • Maintain harmonious relations with workers, unions (if any), and management.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling.
  • Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Implement welfare measures (canteen, transport, uniforms, etc.).
  • Organize employee engagement and training programs in co-ordination with HO HR Department.
  • Address workplace concerns related to safety, hygiene, and morale.
  • Identify skill gaps and plan technical/behavioural training in co-ordination with HO HR Department.
  • Coordinate on boarding and safety induction programs.
  • Support safety officer in promoting workplace safety and compliance.
  • Issue letters – offer, appointment, warning, relieving, etc. with co-ordination with HO HR Department.
  • Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
  • Liaison with local authorities, labour offices, and vendors.
  • Candidates from Manufacturing Sector, staying in and around Hoskote/Narasapura with knowledge of Kannada and Hindi preferred.
